What Customers Say:

As a keyboard, it functions well enough. It is loud (and I mean loud!), so I don't recommend it for a quiet environment. The backlight works well, and I enjoy the dynamic lighting available with some games. Overall a great keyboard, reminds me of keyboards from the 5 pin days, except the old 'paint it black' method didn't hold up well, this keyboard feels absolutely solid. And the magnetic removable wristguard is nice, it isn't soft and it is supportive. Overall, a solid keyboard I hope to use for ages.Robert

Fantastic keyboard with responsive mechanical keys and vibrant rainbow lighting. Built to last great durability!Kyno

I love this keyboard. From the beautiful pink, to the customizable led keys, (it will even take videos and code them into colors) and the satisfaction of the clickly sounds when typing and gaming. If you don't like a noisy keyboard, this won't be for you, but I enjoy the sound. This keyboard is outstanding in all aspects. It fits on my small desk with plenty of room for my mouse, comes with a nice wrist rest, and as I mentioned before a beautiful pink even better then the photo. It's heavy and doesn't slide around easy. You can even adjust the volume on your computer with the grey scroll wheel above the number pad. The input is immediate and I experienced no issues connecting to the computer and installing the needed software. This keyboard should last years, as my mother had the same one she bought a while back. I definitely think the price was worth it.Hannah Wright

What Customers Say:

I am ecstatic with my purchase of this keyboard. It is well made, sturdy mostly plastic but high quality. Has USB pass through, lights are vivid and bright with a high level of customization. I also like the low profile keycaps they are comfortable. I have long slender fingers and can have some mispresses because of the length of my fingers. But this keyboard is a great choice with its low profile mechanical keys that are not too loud or clacky.Matthew O. Evans

I absolutely love this thing. Pairs PERFECTLY with my Alienware mouse and monitor. I love how you can control all the features of it with the Alienware command center. The keys arent loud and clicky either (Which i usually love) but with late night gaming sessions and little kids...its better off being quiet.Fire and Glass

I got this keyboard (white version) on prime day so I got it for 20ish percent off and figured I’d give it a shot. And this is hands down the best keyboard I’ve owned from its feel, sound and look. And if you are looking for a great gaming keyboard pick this one up. If you have an Alienware build already as I do, it does a great job syncing up colors. 10/10 would buy again!C.Bitty

What Customers Say:

IT’S PERFECT. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Literally everything I’ve wanted for in a keyboard. The sound is the most satisfying ever, soft clicks- very ASMR-friendly. The key caps feel so smooth and are excellent quality. The bluetooth connected seamlessly. Beautiful glow under the keys to light up the keyboard without being too much. Works very well and is very responsive. I tested out various typing games using it and had no issues whatsoever. 1000/10 recommend!!! Worth every penny, you won’t regret it 🤍 I took a picture of it in the dark and it looks so cool!Catherine Anne

Bought this keyboard for my WFH setup and I’m impressed! You can connect it wirelessly w/ BT or the USB receiver or connect it with a USB-C cable (included). I have it connected via BT to my Windows PC and there’s zero lag. I also like the fact that you can select the WIN mode and use the knob to adjust the volume & things so functionality seems pretty good. And I LOVE the feel & sound of the keys, the color modes are super cute, definitely has some weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap. If you’re hesitant don’t be, BUY this, you won’t be disappointed!!LalindaXO

I've seen a lot of negative reviews on this product, but truly I can't complain. The battery lasts forever. I've had it for 2 weeks already and it's still at 100% battery, even though I work for 8 hours a day on it, so even with heavy use the battery life is phenomenal. Typing is super satisfying. The clicking sounds is very enjoyable. I haven't tried to download the application for further customization, but really, it's not needed. If you read the instructions that come with it, you can easily switch the keyboard for optimal keyboard layout for windows, mac, iOS or android, but even with all that I prefer the windows layout even for my mac or iPad. I don't buy super high-end keyboards so I can't compare it to a high tech $300 dollar keyboard that gamers use, but this is definitely the best keyboard I have ever used. It doesn't hurt to give it a try. If you don't like it just return it. I however am very satisfied and will be using it for everything. I also absolutely love how easy it is to switch between devices with simple commands. It's not ideal for travel because it's on the heavier side for keyboards, but it's great to have on your desk. The sturdy, heavier build feels premium on my desk.Michael Soria Cabrera

What Customers Say:

Very satisfied with my new ROG keyboard. It sounds awesome and looks nice!Saint Saga

Good quality construction materials for the keyboard, it meets my expectations, just keep in mind that it is not the wireless version, nothing else, the wrist rest is a very good and comfortable additionArle

Cheaper but same form-function as the 96% variant. I have plenty of desk space, and perfer the ascetic of a 100% keyboard anyway. The Asus software isn't great; while I do prefer it to Logitech's Ghub, and HP/Omens hub, its not the most optimized or user friendly. Luckily I hardly interact with it after setting my rgb; which is optional. Key presses are accurate, and fast, it is a good competitive gaming keyboard.Armand Parent

What Customers Say:

I wanted a setup that would turn one of my tablets into a typewriter situation- this keyboard is perfect! I write on the side but want nothing to do with a laptop once I’m done working my day job in digital marketing. This is whimsical and perfect. It makes the lightest clicking sounds and has everything I want in a mechanical keyboard, plus it’s wireless, light and super cute. Connected super easily and ZERO lag time when typing, which has been an issue with other Bluetooth keyboards I’ve had. It’s gorgeous, and the circular keys are a nice touch. Also, unboxing it was so much fun. Tissue, a little sticker, a lavender interior and a little velvet pouch for the swappable emoji keys?! Perfection from start to finish. I bought the mouse separately a year ago and am so glad I came back for the keyboard!Danielle

The main reason I bought this keyboard (and mouse combo) is because I have long nails and they make typing on my MacBook keyboard rather difficult. Not only is this cute without being childish, the keys are perfectly sized and spaced to type without a problem. This was the third keyboard I tried - the first two wouldn’t connect to my laptop and felt rather cheap. This was worth the splurge. It has some weight to it but not too much to be a hinderance. Both mouse and keyboard connected via Bluetooth without me having to do anything but turn them on. The mouse is smooth and way better than the trackpad. It clicks silently and with ease. I will say I got these for casual use - I can’t speak for how well they would function in a professional setting but I can’t see how they would be a problem except maybe if someone really doesn’t like typing sounds. It’s not loud but it’s not silent either.Caitlin

Nice looking and great touching feel! However the size is on the small side so it takes time to get used to it.Weicheng Kan

Keyboard Full Size with Number Pad: 2025 Buying Guide

Looking for a full-size keyboard with a number pad in 2025? This guide covers why full-size layouts still matter, what to look for when buying, who benefits most from a numpad, and practical examples to help you choose the right model for productivity, finance, or gaming use.

Why Choose a Full-Size Keyboard with a Number Pad?

A full-size keyboard includes a dedicated number pad, function row, arrow keys, and navigation cluster. For users who enter numbers frequently, need full shortcut access, or prefer a traditional layout, the number pad increases speed and accuracy. Full-size boards also often offer broader keysets for macros and media controls, plus better ergonomics for long typing sessions.

Key Benefits of a Full-Size Keyboard with Number Pad

  • Faster numeric data entry and improved accuracy for accounting, spreadsheets, and data-entry work
  • Complete key layout with dedicated function keys and navigation cluster for productivity and shortcuts
  • Better support for macros and custom key mappings—useful for finance, engineering, and creative workflows
  • Comfort and ergonomics: full-size layouts reduce hand travel and preserve muscle memory for traditional typists
  • Wide availability of wired and wireless models, plus mechanical and membrane options to match preference

Who Should Use a Full-Size Keyboard?

  • Accountants, data-entry professionals, and anyone who enters numbers extensively
  • Programmers and power users who rely on full keysets and programmable macros
  • Gamers who want a full layout with a numpad for key bindings and macro keys
  • Office workers and remote employees who prioritize productivity and traditional keyboard ergonomics

Top Features to Look For (Examples & Models)

  • Logitech MX Keys (Full-Size) — Best for productivity: low-profile scissor switches, excellent wireless stability, and a full number pad for office use
  • Corsair K70 — Best for gaming: mechanical switches, dedicated media controls, and a full-size layout with a robust numpad
  • Keychron K10 — Best wireless mechanical option: hot-swappable switches on a full-size frame with number pad support for multi-device workflows
  • Look for: wired vs. wireless connectivity, switch type (mechanical vs membrane), N-key rollover, programmable keys/macros, backlighting, and build quality

Conclusion

A full-size keyboard with a number pad remains the best choice in 2025 for users who need efficient numeric entry, full key access, and traditional ergonomics.
Choose the right model by prioritizing switch type, connectivity, and features (like programmability and build quality) that match your workflow—productivity users often prefer low-profile or tactile boards, while gamers usually go for mechanical switches and advanced lighting/control features.

Keyboard FAQ

What switch type should I choose—mechanical or membrane?

Mechanical switches give distinct feedback and long life; membrane switches are quieter and typically cheaper. Within mechanical, linear switches feel smooth, tactile give a bump, and clicky provide audible feedback—choose by preference.

Is wireless good for gaming?

Wired is still the safest for competitive gaming due to consistently lower latency. However, modern low-latency wireless dongles and Bluetooth options can be excellent for casual and even many serious gamers.

Do I really need a number pad?

If you frequently enter numbers (spreadsheets, accounting), a full-size keyboard with a number pad is much faster. If you prioritize desk space or portability, a tenkeyless layout or separate numpad may be a better fit.
