What Customers Say:

No more transferring some of your soup to a stand blender or food processor - this is the must-have immersion blender. First, it actually works - without sloshing your soup everywhere! Second, the charging cord is detachable, so no worries about the cord being in the way, and it holds a charge for much longer than you'll need. Third, the plastic guard on the blade piece keeps you from scratching your non-stick pans. Fourth, the blender comes apart into two sections with just a twist. This makes it easy to store, but, more importantly, you can put the bottom half and the plastic guard in the dishwasher, so no more worries about cleaning around the dangerously sharp blades. Last, it just WORKS REALLY WELL! Great product from a great company at a great price!J. Kent Barnhart

I really love this hand blender. I had resisted buying one because I have a full on Vitamix blender. However I love the convenience of this hand held device and best of all, it’s cordless! I’ve used it for soups, whipping cream and small smoothies. I did try it with potatoes but really it’s not the right tool for the job(makes them gluey). Plenty of power for these jobs. Blade arm is easy to clean. A quick rinse does the job. I take it apart for storage and it fits in a drawer. A stick blender does not have the power of a stand blender but it has a enough for basic jobs.. Adjust your expectations and you will love this!Caeles

Great purchase for the kitchen. This thing is easy to clean and does a great job. I used to make a huge mess with food processors and blenders when making big batches of apple sauce. This rig has replaced both and is great for other sauces and soups too.Carson Spencer

What Customers Say:

Years ago, my parents gifted me a Braun immersion hand blender, and I loved it so much that it became my go-to kitchen tool. I used it for everything from smoothies to soups, and even my sons got in on the action as they started to learn cooking. It was such a handy little gadget until, one day, it finally gave up on me. That’s when I discovered that KitchenAid makes hand blenders too, so I decided it was time for an upgrade. I got the KitchenAid Variable Speed Corded Hand Blender, and it has been a total game changer! The variable speed feature gives me more control, and it blends so smoothly. Cooking has become even more enjoyable. It's amazing how replacing a little kitchen appliance can really revitalize cooking at home!Bonnie

I don't use a hand blender very often, so I didn't want to invest in a top-of-the-line model. This one is relatively inexpensive, and I was expecting results in line with its price, but I was surprised. One of my favorite sauces has almonds, roasted red peppers and garlic together with olive oil and lemon juice. The KitchenAid hand blender handled the ingredients with ease. Rather than using my regular blender, I put all of the ingredients in the container that comes with the hand blender, turn it on for less than a minute, and get perfect results. Clean up is SO much easier! I'm pleased.Make It Simple

Hope quality blender. It stops if used for a long time and gets hot. It is working wellVivian

Nice immersion blender for a great price. Bought to make bisque type soups and so far it works flawlessly.BPH

For the price this immersion blender is great! It blends my collagen and MCT oil. I was skeptical because of the price but would highly recommend it. I had a Kitchenaid aid that I paid much more for and this blender works just as well with a lower price...Cathy D.

What Customers Say:

Have owned for over a year and find this hand blender totally up to the task. Easy to clean as the blending part of the tool separates for cleaning and can go into dishwasher. Highly recommend. Simple, powerful and easy to use.Zanna

This is a beast of an immersion blender. It does have some weight to it but is simple to use and easy to navigate the different speeds. Clean up is a breeze. It is not huge so you can basically store it anywhere. I love that it has a cord band to wrap up and secure when not in use. It is not super loud either which is a plus. It can pulverize a ton of stuff within a short period of time, and it makes it into a true puree, not with some grit left behind. The blade is metal as well as the shaft, it's very sharp.Jen Kuperus

I've had a counter top Vita Mix blender for over 20 years and was so pleased to find this immersion blender by Vita Mix. This is a great piece of kitchen equipment, the brand name is again backed with high quality. This runs smoothly, fits easily into my hand, the settings are easy to navigate, the design around the blade is excellent and causes little to no splatter. Easy to assemble, clicks easily into place, and also easy to take apart to clean. Excellent product!Joyful Living

What Customers Say:

Could tell right out of the box that this blender has a much better build than the cheaper brands. I love my old one, but the blades just fell off one day and there was no way to reattach them - doubt that will be an issue with this machine. The "well" where the blades are is much more shallow than my old one too and I clean it easier. I did end up purchasing a small looped brush (think straw cleaner bent into a "U") that cleans under the blades really well, though most foods just rinse off. The only nit-picking I can do is that the blade shaft is a bit difficult to remove, though not so difficult that I'd think of going down to 4 stars.Tina

I actually bought the Braun blender because it was recommended by America's Test Kitchen. Powerful & perfect for smoothies. I've Blended frozen fruit many times & I've had no problem but this is all I've used it for so far. Came perfectly intact and no problems at this point.TRACY L.

You can find cheaper hand blenders, but you get what you pay for. This Braun blender is strong and works awesomely when making broths.JettaRed

Immersion Blender FAQ

How much power do I need in an immersion blender?

200–600 watts are fine for most tasks like soups and smoothies. If you want to crush ice or make nut butter, look for 600 W or higher.

Can an immersion blender replace a countertop blender?

Immersion blenders are great for single-pot jobs and small batches, but they don’t handle large quantities or very hard ingredients as well as countertop blenders.

What attachments should I consider?

Look for a whisk for whipping, a mini-chopper for small prep tasks, and a blending beaker for smoothies—these expand what a stick blender can do.
